About the Role
The Building Maintenance Engineer performs skilled work in the operation and minor maintenance of various building systems including boilers, chillers, HVAC, compressors, instrumentation, generators, pumps, heating, air conditioning, ventilating, lighting power, water, and water treatment to ensure maximum performance and efficiency. This role is for a Class A office space in Austin, Texas.
Responsibilities
- Operate boilers, chillers, HVAC equipment, compressors, instrumentation, generators, pumps, heating, air conditioning, ventilating, lighting power, water, and water treatment systems.
- Perform minor maintenance on building systems.
- Achieve maximum performance and efficiency of building systems on a daily basis.
