About the Role

The Zentrum Liberale Moderne is seeking an intern (m/f/d) to support administration and event organization. This position is initially limited to one year, with the intention of a further employment.

Responsibilities

• Support with administrative tasks
• Support with the organization of events and meetings
• Travel planning, bookings, and expense reports
• Research
• Classic office tasks such as appointment coordination, correspondence, documentation, address management, minute-taking, answering incoming calls, and office supply orders

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in studies (field open - e.g., administration, management, politics, or social sciences)
• Proficient in spoken and written German; English skills are an advantage
• Quick comprehension, independent and structured work style, conscientious, communicative, proactive, and motivated
• Proficient in Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as other common applications
