About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Service Technician with experience in a trade/technical profession to install, maintain, and replace measuring devices, handle customer complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Installation, maintenance, and replacement of measuring devices (e.g., smoke detectors, heat cost allocators, water meters) in compliance with quality specifications.
- Processing customer complaints.
- Digital documentation of assigned tasks using a tablet.
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience in a trade/technical profession (e.g., plant mechanic, building technician, building services technician, fitter, mechanic, mechatronics technician, installer, painter, carpenter, or plumber).
- Valid driver's license Class B or 3.
- Strong service and customer orientation.
