About the Role
Wells Fargo is seeking talent for the 2027 Global Payments & Liquidity Development Program, a two-year rotational program designed to provide experience and exposure within Global Payments & Liquidity. The program focuses on professional development and business skills growth through immersive rotations, on-the-job experience, formal training, and senior leader exposure.
Responsibilities
- Rotate across Global Payments & Liquidity business areas to acquire diverse experiences and identify a post-program career track.
- Perform job assignments to develop key skills and gain working knowledge of the organization.
- Attend classroom training, self-study assignments, workshops, and networking events.
- Participate in the sourcing, structuring, underwriting, and execution of payments & liquidity transactions as a member of a deal team.
- Conduct due diligence and analyze financial statements to support payments & liquidity recommendations.
- Leverage market, industry, company research, and product knowledge to support business development efforts.
- Receive direction from supervisors and work with diverse teams on tasks including compliance and risk management.
- Provide information to colleagues and managers to support deliverables, issue resolution, and business initiatives.
- Support sales teams in developing skills for client-facing roles, learning the end-to-end sales process.
- Engage in P&L analysis, new product design/requirements, addressing risk and regulatory needs, and partnering with Sales for product management.
Requirements
- 6+ months of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Must be currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and May/June 2027.
- Demonstrated knowledge, interest, and/or experience in finance, accounting, and sales.
- Strong critical thinking and data analysis skills.
- Ability to execute with urgency, manage projects and workflows effectively, and support product delivery.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools and a strong interest in learning and using them responsibly.
- Strong business acumen and customer understanding.
- Successful completion of 2026 Global Payments & Liquidity Internship Program.
- Presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States without requiring work visa sponsorship.
