About the Role
The Lead Operations Support Specialist is responsible for onboarding, training, and mentoring Operations Support Specialists across the district. This role involves leading onboarding training for cohorts, traveling to clinics for training, and assisting with district/regional projects. The specialist must be mobile within the market.
Responsibilities
- Train new OSSs on patient care support including exercises, scheduling, intake, and co-pay collection.
- Train on reporting requirements and clinic cleanliness protocols.
- Mentor OSSs and serve as the district's go-to support for patient processes and support.
- Train OSSs on new processes and workflows, and re-train as directed by leadership.
- Collaborate with Clinic Directors to coordinate district rehab staffing assignments.
- Perform OSS duties in the clinic as needed.
- Assist in district or regional projects as needed.
Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old to apply.
- 2 or more years as a PT Aide or technician and/or administrative healthcare setting.
- 2 or more years in sports performance/training.

- Proficient in exercise form/instruction.
- Proficient in patient scheduling.
- Proficient in patient intake.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Emerging problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to assist patients with insurance related questions.
