About the Role

A loving, laid-back private family is seeking an experienced Full-Time Live-In Travel Nanny to care for their one-year-old son and eventually twin boys, due in January. The family splits their time between their primary ranch outside of Austin, Central Texas, and their home in Telluride, Colorado. The ideal candidate is a career nanny who is proactive, organized, adaptable, and comfortable with a dynamic schedule. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who enjoys traveling with a family and is looking for a long-term position where they can become an important part of the household.

Responsibilities

Providing attentive, nurturing care for the family's one-year-old son
Supporting the family as they welcome twin boys in January
Helping with children's daily routines, activities, and developmental needs
Preparing meals and snacks for the children
Children's laundry, tidying, and organization
Helping keep children's spaces and belongings organized
Assisting with child-related household tasks as needed
Working alongside the parents and household staff to keep the family's routine running smoothly
Traveling with the family between residences and on domestic and international trips
Remaining flexible and stepping in wherever needed to support the family

Requirements

Career nanny seeking a long-term position
Proactive, organized, and adaptable
Calm and comfortable in a busy household
Willing to travel extensively and adapt to different environments
Comfortable working alongside parents and other household staff
Strong communication skills
Valid passport and ability to travel internationally
Ability to travel on short notice
Experience with infants and young children
Experience with multiples or newborns is a strong plus
