About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Store Supervisor to join our The North Face team in our flagship store in Regent Street, London. In this role, you will act as the vital link between store management and sales associates, driving service and sales, and assisting the Store and Assistant Store Manager.
Responsibilities
- Support the management team to drive sales and profitability.
- Coach and motivate sales associates to deliver high levels of customer service.
- Ensure the store is always customer-ready.
- Maintain all retail operation standards in line with the brand’s visual merchandising guidelines.
- Ensure operational policies and procedures are respected.
- Understand store KPIs and play a part in ensuring they are achieved.
Requirements
- Experience in opening and closing a store.
- Experience taking responsibility and being in charge when necessary.
- Retail background with fashion or lifestyle experience is ideal.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office and different POS systems.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as necessary.
