About the Role
This role owns a portfolio of accounts, the people who service them, and the numbers behind both. You're the lead point of contact for your customers, the person who builds and coaches your supervisors and cleaning teams, and the one accountable for margin, not just cleanliness. If a client relationship needs saving or a budget needs tightening, that's your job.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead point of contact for every account in your portfolio.
- Meet with customers routinely to build lasting relationships.
- Identify and address productivity gaps within accounts.
- Ensure all accounts comply with health & safety and job-specific training requirements.
- Identify cost savings that do not impact quality.
- Conduct facility walk-throughs and inspections to ensure teams are meeting standards.
- Report on account status clearly and on time.
- Ensure personnel and Authorized Service Providers are presentable and punctual.
- Meet scope and service standards while protecting and growing the budget.
- Support the operations team with inventory, controls, and training.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees and Authorized Service Providers.
- Identify and develop high-performing employees.
- Coach and mentor cleaning staff regularly.
- Collaborate with leadership to shape strategic and operational goals.
- Maintain open and proactive communication with leadership.
- Partner with sales to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
- Undertake additional tasks as needed.

- Proven managerial and leadership experience running teams and client portfolios in a fast-paced, service-based environment.

- $75,000–$90,000 base salary
- 10% bonus tied to gross profit expansion and employee retention
- Company performance modifier for bonus
