About the Role
This role is responsible for delivering and coordinating learning and training programs within the factory, gathering data, and maintaining robust training systems.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, deliver, and evaluate training and development activities to support factory operations and continuous improvement.
- Manage training needs analysis, local training plans, and maintain the training database.
- Develop training materials, facilitate sessions, and provide coaching on training-related matters.
- Support HR projects, participate in performance management initiatives, and provide backup for site payroll as needed.
- Support site safety initiatives and other duties / projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in HR or relevant certifications, such as Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) or other recognized credentials.
- Experience coordinating learning and training events, with knowledge of instructional design and blended learning best practices.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; proficient in Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and flexibility.
- Excellent communication, presentation, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated facilitation, project management, and teamwork abilities.
Skills
- Experience within a manufacturing setting
- Experience with Total Performance Management/ LEAN
- Experience with Kronos
