About the Role
TYTAN Technologies is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Brand & Marketing Manager to build and scale the company's visual identity. This role involves working at the intersection of branding, graphic design, and marketing to translate complex technology into clear, compelling visuals.
Responsibilities
- Support core branding and design execution across digital and print to maintain visual identity consistency.
- Implement and maintain brand guidelines (CI) across all touch points and assist in evolving the system.
- Design on-brand assets for presentations, one-pagers, datasheets, infographics, social posts, web graphics, event collateral, and light motion.
- Support marketing activities across website, social media, newsletters, and events, adapting assets to channel requirements.
- Build reusable templates for slides, documents, social media, and email, and maintain an organized asset library.
- Update website visuals and handle image/video edits, ensuring accessibility and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts for campaigns and product launches.
- Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the brand identity.
Requirements
- Several years of practical experience in marketing design, graphic design, or a related field.
- Strong visual portfolio showcasing layout, typography, and brand systems.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding.
- Comfortable preparing print-ready and web-optimized assets.
- Structured, reliable, and fast, capable of moving from concept to clean deliverables.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
- Must already have a valid work permit; visa sponsorship is not offered.
