About the Role
As a Financial Consultant Partner (FCP), you will act as a trusted partner to Sr. Financial Consultants and their clients. You will deepen client relationships, uncover business development opportunities, and support the growth of an affluent wealth management practice by providing exceptional service, advice, and relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Deepen new and existing client relationships.
- Uncover business development opportunities.
- Support the growth and management of an affluent wealth management practice.
- Provide exceptional service, advice, and relationship management.
- Build, refresh, and deliver financial plans for practice clients in partnership with your Sr. Financial Consultant(s).
- Uncover and meet client needs and effectively manage client expectations.
- Build and maintain good cross-enterprise working relationships.
- Update and compile client information through Schwab’s internal customer relationship management (CRM) tool.
- Manage local events, as needed.
Requirements
- A valid and active Series 7 license is required (license may be obtained under a condition of employment through Branch Network Licensing Program).
- A valid and active Series 66 (63/65) license required (license(s) may be obtained under a condition of employment).
- 3+ years of Financial Services Industry Experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record to handle several tasks simultaneously and effectively prioritize.
- Ability to identify new relationship development.
- Ability to become a Notary.
