Cook's Waste Paper & Recycle, a Waste Connections company, is seeking a safety-conscious Local Route Driver to join their expanding team in Brookings, South Dakota. This role offers opportunities for career growth, including paid CDL training.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company vehicle on designated routes
- Pick up and transport waste and recycling materials
- Maintain accurate records of pick-ups and deliveries
- Communicate effectively with customers and dispatch
Requirements
- Valid driver's license (CDL not required – we’ll help you get it!)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication skills
