About the Role

David Zwirner is seeking a Temporary Web Content Producer to manage and optimize content on the gallery’s website. This role involves daily website updates, production of digital exhibitions and news, and collaboration with digital teams to optimize workflow and troubleshoot issues.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with marketing, digital, and content teams to ensure timely and accurate publishing of website content.
  • Support QA process of select digital content and product updates on website.
  • Maintain and execute daily website updates in accordance with the web content calendar.
  • Partner with Digital Content, Online Sales, and Digital Marketing teams to produce digital exhibitions, news, artist pages, available works, and other web features.
  • Provide technical support for content team ideation.
  • Work with the digital team and vendors to solve technical issues in displaying content.
  • Review and test digital content to ensure conformance with platform requirements, title tags, meta descriptions, and other SEO best practices.
  • Update Google Business Listings.
  • Support uploads on third-party sales platforms such as Artsy.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a role primarily focused on content creation & web production.
  • Knowledge of HTML required.
  • Working knowledge of basic Photoshop skills for image cropping and processing.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong project management skills.
  • Team player with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Candidates must be diligent, extremely organized, and possess excellent time management and communication skills.
