About the Role
Join Soccer Stars, Long Island's premier youth sports organization, and help introduce children (ages 1-13) to the game of soccer while making a real impact in your community. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to stay active while building leadership, communication, and teaching experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead energetic, high-fun soccer classes
- Create a positive and encouraging environment for every child
- Help children build confidence while learning new skills
- Celebrate effort, improvement, and teamwork
- Arrive prepared and on time for every session
- Continue developing your coaching skills through paid training and mentorship
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel to local schools and parks
- Ability to pass a background check
