About the Role
The Administrative Assistant will play an important role in supporting attorneys, staff, and clients while helping ensure that daily office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and messages.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and attorney schedules.
- Assist with client intake and maintain accurate client information.
- Handle, organize, and maintain legal documents and records.
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff.
- Assist with daily office operations and ensure workflows remain organized.
- Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, and staff in both English and Spanish.
- Perform additional administrative duties as needed to support the team.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably within a legal environment.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Professional and confident when communicating with clients, attorneys, and staff.
- Familiarity with legal terminology, document handling, scheduling, and client intake.
- Strong customer service skills and a client-focused approach.
- Experience supporting daily office operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Proficiency with standard office technology and the ability to learn new software quickly.
