About the Role
As a Birthday Party Host, you'll be the star of the celebration—welcoming guests, leading activities, and keeping the birthday fun going from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Bring enthusiasm and positive energy to every party
- Welcome birthday families and make every guest feel like a VIP
- Lead fun activities and keep the celebration engaging and memorable
- Keep party spaces clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Help manage guest flow and party transitions safely and efficiently
- Follow all safety standards and opening/closing procedures
- Take advantage of opportunities to cross-train in other areas of the attraction
Requirements
- Must be 17 years of age or older
- Available to work 3 full days per week, including at least 1 weekend day
- Previous experience (6 months–1 year preferred) in attractions, entertainment, retail, hospitality, or customer service
- Outgoing, friendly, and confident engaging with guests of all ages
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, connect, and create memorable interactions
- Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently or as part of a high-energy team
- Thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly when things get busy
- Comfortable working around crowds, loud noises, and attraction spaces
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events
- Most importantly, you bring a positive attitude, a team-first mindset, and a passion for helping guests build unforgettable memories!
