About the Role
Join Team LEGO and help create amazing memories for guests from around the world as part of our Café Team! We're looking for energetic, guest-focused team members who bring positive vibes, great service, and LEGO values to every shift.
Responsibilities
- Bring enthusiasm, confidence, and positive energy to every guest interaction
- Create fun and memorable experiences for guests throughout their visit
- Help deliver an outstanding experience while providing excellent customer service
- Support guest flow and help keep busy areas safe and running smoothly
- Keep café and public areas clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Follow all opening, closing, and operational procedures to help keep the attraction running smoothly
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Available to work 3 full days per week, including at least 1 weekend day
- 6 months–1 year of experience in attractions, entertainment, retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred
- Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and ready to help create unforgettable LEGO® adventures every day
- Candidates offered positions with high engagement with children are required to take part in Child Safeguarding Background Screening, as a condition of the offer.
