About the Role

As an expert in the structural implementation of storage projects, you will bridge the gap between deep construction knowledge and agile project management. Your role is crucial in transforming potential sites into approved and buildable facilities, ideally managing all building permit applications.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate potential project sites for technical feasibility, space availability, and regulatory conditions.
• Develop technical decision-making foundations and support the assessment of new customer inquiries.
• Manage the creation and submission of building permit applications for BESS projects, serving as the primary contact for building authorities.
• Oversee the structural implementation of acquired projects, coordinate external partners, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Create and interpret site plans and technical drawings, and develop standardized layouts for battery systems.
• Build and manage a partner network of civil engineering and assembly companies, conducting negotiations.
• Act entrepreneurially and contribute to shared goals in a startup environment.

Requirements

• Completed studies in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering (with a focus on Construction) with above-average success, or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, be authorized by the building authority to expedite approval processes or be willing to register.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in Renewable Energies (EE) or energy infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in reading, interpreting, and independently creating technical drawings and site plans.
• Enjoy working at the intersection of technology, business, and project management, taking full responsibility in a dynamic environment.
• Very good German language skills (written and spoken) for communication with authorities.
• Ability to act entrepreneurially and contribute to shared goals.
