About the Role
AudioMee is revolutionizing hearing care by providing mobile, in-home hearing aid services. We focus on delivering personalized care in the customer's natural environment, enhancing their quality of life. Join our growing team and redefine hearing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct professional hearing tests at customer locations.
- Advise customers and fit advanced hearing systems in a 1:1 setting.
- Support customers throughout the 30-day trial period with follow-ups and adjustments.
- Digitally document work and handle billing from home.
- Collaborate with the team through digital channels and regular events.
Requirements
- Completed training as a hearing aid acoustician master.
- Valid driver's license (Class B).
- Willingness to work outside a traditional retail setting.
- Self-management, structure, and ability to organize your day.
- Genuine interest in people.
- Openness to digital tools and innovative approaches in audiology.
