About the Role
As a Junior Sales Manager, you will be an integral part of the team, learning B2B sales for a media product with a real network, involving clear processes, direct customer contact, and significant autonomy. You will help bring SI Live from launch to market leadership, taking on real deals, customers, and growth opportunities from day one.
Responsibilities
- Identify companies that fit our stages and formats and actively make contact.
- Explain why SI Live is a channel for visibility, leads, and talent, rather than just a webinar.
- Create customized offers from our product portfolio, ranging from single sessions to gold sponsorships.
- Work systematically with Attio and maintain a clean pipeline.
- Guide deals from initial contact to signature.
- Receive guidance from experienced colleagues and take on increasing responsibility.
Requirements
- First experience in B2B sales or Customer Success is a plus, but curiosity, drive, and communication skills are more crucial.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and direct customer contact.
- Persuasive in both written and verbal communication, with strong listening skills.
- Structured work approach, process-oriented thinking, and a desire to utilize CRM systems.
- Open to new tools, automation-first mindset, and eager to grow within a modern sales team.
- Fluent German (written and spoken) is mandatory; English is a plus but not a substitute for German.
