About the Role
As a Junior Sales Manager for Newsletter & Feed, you will gain access to one of the strongest B2B marketing channels in the German startup scene and learn to sell it from the inside. You will learn step-by-step how to sell and position our newsletter and feed products, developing towards becoming an independent Sales Manager with training, clear processes, and close support.
Responsibilities
- Contact startups, scaleups, and companies that should use our newsletter placements.
- Explain our reach, including daily newsletter, job newsletter, and feed formats.
- Prepare and present offer packages persuasively.
- Work with Attio and systematically track leads.
- Learn to combine newsletter placements with podcasts, job boards, and events.
- Actively contribute ideas for channel development with guidance.
Requirements
- First experience in B2B sales or marketing is a plus, but sales talent and motivation are more important.
- Comfortable with cold calling and direct customer contact.
- Structured, curious, and a fast learner.
- Perfect German (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- English is a plus.
