About the Role

As the Site Manager, you will be the operational head of the clinic, responsible for the team, service excellence, and daily operations. You will ensure our high-end standards are consistently met from the initial patient contact through to reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall operations, including daily briefings and treatment scheduling.
• Oversee capacity, room utilization, and workflows, even during high-frequency periods.
• Collaborate with management to develop and ensure adherence to scalable SOPs and service standards.
• Manage inventory, ordering, equipment availability, and budget compliance.
• Provide disciplinary leadership for reception, medical assistants, and beauticians, and ensure physicians uphold service standards.
• Act as a liaison with medical staff and physicians, ensuring service standards are met by all.
• Foster a work environment that encourages performance and emphasizes the importance of quality standards.
• Ensure demanding patients receive exclusive and attentive care at all times.
• Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks in team or patient flow professionally and efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience managing teams of at least 5-10 employees in a dynamic premium environment (e.g., Luxury Hospitality, Premium Retail, upscale club/service management).
• Assertive and resilient; empathetic yet consistent in setting and enforcing standards, maintaining direction under pressure.
• Entrepreneurial mindset (hands-on and strategic); willing to assist in operational peaks while maintaining a focus on the big picture and key metrics.
• Confident demeanor with a polished appearance and eloquent, engaging communication style suitable for high-end clientele.
• Pioneering spirit with the readiness and resilience to build and actively shape a clinic from the ground up.
• Native-level German language proficiency and fluent English.
