About the Role

Solactive is seeking an ambitious, fast-learning analyst with a passion for financial markets, a quantitative background, and an interest in the ETF space to contribute to their innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Establish Indicative Net Asset Value Calculations (iNAV/IOPV) for ETF/ETN across all asset classes using Solactive’s pricing platform.
• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of Portfolio Composition Files (PCF).
• Ensure and supervise IOPV calculations on a daily basis.
• Monitor the ETF business.
• Optimize existing operational processes with Python.
• Develop and implement new processes with Python for handling financial markets data.
• Handle customer inquiries and communicate with data providers, stock exchanges, and distributors.
• Coordinate, set up, and transition workflows and tasks with operational units in Hong Kong, Germany, and Canada.

Requirements

• Academic degree in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Relevant work experience in the finance or technology industry.
• Affinity for technology and financial markets.
• Proficient in Python programming.
• Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) and databases (SQL) is ideal.
• Innovative mindset and hands-on approach.
• Highly structured and motivated.
• Strong analytical skills, effective problem-solving mentality, and team spirit.
• Very good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
