About the Role
You will support families in complex and often crisis situations, providing consultation and stabilization at eye level, as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Provide care in home environments or facilities alongside physicians, as part of a strong system.
- Offer consultation, guidance, and crisis support, including end-of-life care.
- Assist with complex symptoms, such as symptom management and secretion management.
- Collaborate closely within an interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
- State-recognized nursing qualification (general nursing, or pediatric nursing).
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
- Interest in complex care situations.
- Strong communication and empathy skills.
- Enjoyment of consultation and guidance.
- Additional qualification in 'Palliative Care for Children and Adolescents' or willingness to obtain it.
- Valid driver's license Class B.
