About the Role

You will support families in complex and often crisis situations, providing consultation and stabilization at eye level, as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide care in home environments or facilities alongside physicians, as part of a strong system.
  • Offer consultation, guidance, and crisis support, including end-of-life care.
  • Assist with complex symptoms, such as symptom management and secretion management.
  • Collaborate closely within an interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

  • State-recognized nursing qualification (general nursing, or pediatric nursing).
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
  • Interest in complex care situations.
  • Strong communication and empathy skills.
  • Enjoyment of consultation and guidance.
  • Additional qualification in 'Palliative Care for Children and Adolescents' or willingness to obtain it.
  • Valid driver's license Class B.
