About the Role
As an external partner within the "Berliner Programm vertiefte Berufsorientierung (BVBO 4you)" initiative, we conduct workshops at various Berlin schools to support students aged 12-18 in their career choices. We are seeking motivated students to regularly and reliably guide students, primarily in the 8th grade, and provide them with practical insights.
Responsibilities
- Setup and dismantling of career field stations at Berlin secondary schools
- Guidance and support of students during station work
- Review and procurement of materials for the Talent parcours
Requirements
- Enrolled at a college or university
- Friendly, empathetic demeanor and enjoyment of working with young people
- Willingness to engage in thematic familiarization
- Reliable, proactive, and responsible conduct
- Enjoyment of preparing materials
