About the Role
As our Performance Marketing Specialist, you'll own paid growth across mobile and web, with a clear north star: maximise return on ad spend (ROAS) while scaling our B2C and Medical brain-training products through fast, data-driven experimentation.
Responsibilities
- Own and scale paid growth campaigns for mobile and web user acquisition across Google App Campaigns (GAC), Apple Search Ads (ASA), native, and social.
- Own ROAS targets and grow spend profitably.
- Direct creative alongside designers and copywriters for ad copy, content, and landing pages.
- Run a rapid experimentation loop, feeding learnings into new growth experiments.
- Design and run A/B tests to validate ideas quickly.
- Analyse engagement, retention, and behavioural data to guide investment.
- Partner closely with Business Intelligence, Customer Care, and CRM.
- Be your own user, know the product deeply, and help safeguard its quality.
- Bring a growth mindset to the Growth and Product teams, always learning and sharing.
Requirements
- Hands-on, personal ownership of performance marketing budgets of at least €20-30K/month.
- 2+ years in performance marketing (Google Search/YouTube, Apple Search Ads, Meta, and similar).
- Fluent English (working language); strong German a major plus.
- Sharp analytical instincts; enjoy digging into engagement, retention, and behavioural data.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills; comfortable running several workstreams at once.
- A team-player mindset and genuine pleasure in helping colleagues.
- A real interest in brain training and self-improvement, ideally as a user of digital health, education, productivity, or gaming apps.
- Based in Berlin and available to work from the office 3 days/week.
