About the Role
As an IT Supporter in the Apple/Mac environment at WIN in Berlin, you will provide technical assistance to our teams, ensuring they remain productive. You will set up workstations, solve problems pragmatically, and possess a genuine interest in technology and people. You will work in a creative, professional environment where IT is visible and valued.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st & 2nd level support for MacBooks, iMacs, apps, workstation setups, and meeting rooms.
- Manage and set up end-user devices, including user setups, updates, software installations, and MDM.
- Perform pragmatic, solution-oriented analysis and resolution of issues and user inquiries.
- Support company-specific tools like Microsoft 365, Entra, and CTERA, as well as general workflow questions.
- Document support cases systematically, analyze recurring errors, and develop sustainable solutions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, the IT Lead, and external partners, and support cross-location IT initiatives.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or initial professional experience in IT, or equivalent self-acquired knowledge.
- Proficiency with Apple/macOS devices and practical experience with the platform.
- Experience with MDM solutions (e.g., Jamf) is ideal.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Entra.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly, maintain friendliness, and stay composed under pressure.
- Structured, reliable, and service-oriented work approach with a passion for helping people with technical issues.
- Curiosity, quick learning ability, and proactive thinking.
- Experience using AI to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Willingness to occasionally visit other company locations in Aachen, Berlin, and Cologne.
- Very good German and English language skills.
