About the Role
We are seeking a GTM Operations Lead to build and manage the systems that support our revenue operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, compensation, and sales performance. You will collaborate with GTM leadership to align business objectives with scalable processes, ensure data integrity, and implement automations to enhance deal progression and predictability.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain systems for opportunity management, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and renewal workflows.
- Own sales compensation modeling, quota/attainment tracking, and performance reporting.
- Design automations to identify next-best actions, improve follow-up, and increase deal velocity.
- Partner with GTM and Finance on revenue planning and forecasting.
- Manage GTM tool integrations and scale the technology stack.
- Ensure data quality across CRM and GTM systems, including reporting and dashboards.
Requirements
- Experience in GTM Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM systems at a high-growth company.
- Demonstrated ownership of sales pipeline systems, compensation plans, forecasting, and post-sale processes.
- Strong technical proficiency with CRM/GTM tooling.
- Comfortable working in high-intensity, high-autonomy environments.
- Proficiency in SQL.
