About the Role
As a Market Researcher, you’ll be at the forefront of our data collection process, measuring the quality and consistency of service providers through observational studies and face-to-face interviews. The collected data will be utilized to develop reports for client-centric strategic planning.
Responsibilities
- Comfortable working on the public transport network.
- Confident in approaching people.
- Available at least three days per week, including weekends.
- Available for shifts starting between 4:00 am and 7:00 am, or finishing up to 3:00 pm.
- Able to follow procedures accurately.
- Adaptable across dynamic field research environments.
- Punctual, respectful and professionally presented.
- Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet across varied shifts.
- Excellent communication with respondents, stakeholders and the EY Studio+ team.
- Understanding of quality market research standards, including accuracy, consistency and integrity.
Requirements
- Currently living in Greater Sydney.
- Eligible to work in Australia.
- Fluent spoken and written English, with strong grammar, punctuation and spelling.
- Strong interest in data collection and data integrity.
- Attendance at paid training in Sydney office is mandatory.
- Employment screening by EY or their third-party provider will be required.
Skills
- Market research experience is desirable but not essential.
