About the Role
The Field Event Coordinator will drive the logistics, coordination, and on-the-ground execution of regional field events. This role offers hands-on experience across a full event calendar, supporting Business Development, Partners, and marketing teams.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all logistical details for regional field events, including venue booking, catering, AV, invitation strategy, registration, signage, and vendor communication.
- Manage event timelines and checklists, ensuring all tasks are tracked and completed on schedule.
- Assist with coordination tasks for flagship events, including sponsor logistics and on-site support.
- Serve as the point of contact for venues, caterers, and other event vendors, managing contracts and day-of details.
- Represent the company on-site at regional events, managing setup, run-of-show, and troubleshooting.
- Track event details and attendee data in Salesforce/CRM, supporting post-event reporting and follow-up.
- Help track event spend against budget and flag discrepancies.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience planning or coordinating events (professional or academic/extracurricular experience considered).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple event timelines simultaneously.
- Comfortable communicating with vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders.
- Sharp attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
