About the Role

As a Designer, you will be creating engaging designs that start conversations between people and brands. You’ll work within a team of strategists, designers and copywriters to deliver impactful designs that fulfil client briefs and communicate DEPT®’s standard of Design.

Responsibilities

  • Working on a brief from start to finish.
  • Contributing innovative ideas at creative briefs.
  • Creating high-quality design work.
  • Image sourcing and digital artworking.
  • Developing rich visual content for owned channels: onsite, app and email.
  • Creating work that contributes to client business goals.
  • Staying current with design and marketing trends.
  • Learning and growing from constructive feedback.
  • Mentoring more junior members of the team.
  • Taking accountability for flawless design output.
  • Delivering work on time and within scheduled timeframes.
  • Designing small animations for digital assets.

Requirements

  • Digital design experience on industry-standard design frameworks like Figma.
  • Self-driven and resourceful.
  • Good eye for layout, skilled in typesetting and retouching.
  • A great teammate that supports colleagues.
  • Very organized with attention to detail.
  • Desire to embrace new skills and challenges.
