About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated individual to serve as a point of contact for tenants and service providers, conduct property inspections, and oversee maintenance and repair tasks. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulations and managing small construction and maintenance projects.
Responsibilities

Requirements

- Professional experience in construction, trades, or a similar role.

- Good communication skills.
- Proficiency in standard MS Office applications.
