About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Support the primary school as a teacher.
  • Work in two-person teams with approximately 27 children in mixed-age groups.
  • Collaborate within family groups, connecting grades 1-3 with grades 4-6.
  • Utilize adjacent classrooms for family group activities.
  • Contribute to an internationally composed team with significant creative freedom.

Requirements

  • Teaching degree or eligibility for a teaching permit.
  • Experience as a primary school teacher, preferably in a mixed-age learning group.
  • National or international Montessori diploma, or willingness to obtain one promptly.
  • Independent and self-reliant work ethic combined with teamwork skills.
  • Respectful interaction with children, parents, and colleagues.
