About the Role
As part of our creative team, you will produce videos for a million-strong audience on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. Your videos, whether longform or vertical, will help convey financial knowledge understandably and offer real added value to our community. You will play a crucial role in the further development of our video content.
Responsibilities
- Production of longform videos for YouTube and further development of our formats
- Review and extraction of highlight clips from our streams
- Production of vertical videos to provide our community with the most relevant information daily
- Videography: Setup and creative execution of studio shootings and office interviews, as well as external location shoots
- All aspects of post-production: editing, motion graphics, subtitles, sound, and music
- Assist in building new formats and be the driving force behind getting your content onto our channels
- Topic ideation: Follow current trends and help identify and factually elaborate on relevant topics
Requirements
- You have a passion for videography and editing and have already gained professional experience in shooting and post-production
- You have an eye for detail and a feel for aesthetics in image, sound, and music selection
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop: You know how to work efficiently with the Adobe Creative Suite and create high-quality content
- You can also edit routinely with your mobile phone, e.g., with CapCut
- You have a high degree of responsibility and meet deadlines without compromising quality
- You have a strong interest in our content and the topic of finance – no prior knowledge necessary, but advantageous
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
- You are a team player, performance-oriented, and proactively implement your ideas
- You are open to trying new things
