About the Role

As a Team Lead for Teaching Staff Management, you will ensure that our participants receive excellent instruction daily, characterized by interactivity, structure, and effectiveness. You will share responsibility with our subject matter experts for the quality of our teaching and continuously develop our instructors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular class visits for all permanent and freelance instructors, followed by feedback sessions.
• Develop instructors through 1:1 coaching and individual development plans.
• Analyze feedback from course participants and instructors, deriving and implementing concrete measures to improve teaching.
• Define and further develop teaching standards and ensure their organization-wide implementation.
• Collaborate closely with teams that have direct contact with participants, such as Class Management, Career Success, and Talent & Culture.

Requirements

• Pedagogical or didactic background, ideally with experience in adult education or with our target group (continuing education).
• Several years of leadership experience, ideally including leading very large teams.
• Experience in Tech, Digital Business, Pedagogy, Healthcare, or Adult Education is desirable.
• Experience in building and scaling internal standards in growing organizations.
• Very good German language skills and good English language skills for internal collaboration.
• Structured, data-driven work approach combined with clear, goal-oriented communication and assertiveness.
• Strong empathy combined with a constructive approach to conflict.
