About the Role

We are seeking a caretaker (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible. You have a strong interest in independently managing a specific area and enjoy interacting with people. Then you are exactly right with us as reinforcement for our company!

Responsibilities

• Regular inspection tours in and around the properties under management
• Care and maintenance of outdoor facilities (including leaf removal, minor repairs, etc.)
• Monitoring and control of technical systems
• Provision of trash cans for collection
• Coordination and supervision of external service providers
• Documentation of incidents, maintenance, and third-party company deployments
• Contact person for residents regarding technical issues and complaints

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in facility management
• Independent, responsible work and a confident and professional demeanor
• Friendly nature, openness, and a positive basic attitude
• High degree of discretion and sense of responsibility
