About the Role

Consultant for data protection, advising and supporting companies on all data protection matters, including drafting and conceptualizing national and international data protection agreements. The role involves designing solutions for complex data flows and processing, and shaping new consulting fields in conjunction with lawyers.

Responsibilities

• Advising and supporting companies on all data protection matters.
• Creating and conceptualizing national and international data protection agreements (also in English).
• Designing solutions for complex data streams and processing.
• Shaping new consulting fields in the interplay of legal areas that govern the handling of data in any form, together with the lawyers of MKM + PARTNER Rechtsanwälte.

Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of relevant professional experience in data protection.
• Understanding of data protection consulting and practical expectations.
• Comfortable with AI in data protection consulting.
• Ability to work independently, structured, and self-responsibly, while also being a team player.
• Experience in managing project budgets and communicating them transparently to clients.
