Responsibilities

Responsible processing of customer orders and regular communication with customers.
Coordination and planning of service partners to ensure smooth operations.
Organization of complete order processing, handling customer inquiries, and professional order and process controlling.
Active participation in projects and contribution of ideas for process improvement.

Requirements

Completed commercial vocational training.
Knowledge of common MS Office products.
Knowledge of the housing industry/building services is an advantage.
Strong team, cooperation, and communication skills.
High degree of customer orientation, self-motivation, and initiative.
Decisiveness, organizational skills, reliability, and sense of responsibility.
