About the Role
We are seeking an Accounts Payable / Credit Controller (m/f/d) in full-time for our Frankfurt or Berlin location to strengthen our team.
Responsibilities
- Processing of central invoice receipt including communication with suppliers
- Checking, coding, and booking incoming invoices in the relevant software
- Processing of travel expense and credit card statements in Concur
- Booking and reconciliation of daily bank statements in the ERP system
- Execution of payment runs and creation of manual payments
- Account reconciliation, account clarification, and control of open items
- Assistance with monthly and annual financial statements as well as audits
- Master data maintenance in the ERP system in compliance with compliance guidelines
- Reliable operational processing of ongoing accounts payable processes in daily business
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
- Several years of professional experience in accounts payable with solid expertise in operational processes
- Good knowledge of VAT law
- Proficient in MS Office and ideally initial experience with Oracle, InSpyrus, and Concur
- Team player with good communication skills
- Independent, reliable, and meticulous way of working
- Resilience, even during busy periods
- Confident handling of classic accounts payable tasks such as invoice verification, booking, and payment runs
