About the Role

We are seeking an assistant for our orthopedic shoemaking department in Berlin. This role involves supporting various workshop tasks related to the production and finishing of orthopedic insoles.

Responsibilities

• Grinding and adjusting orthopedic insoles
• Gluing and finishing insoles
• Assisting with manual workshop tasks
• Preparing materials and workstations
• Participating in simple manufacturing processes
• Performing general assistance duties in the workshop area

Requirements

• Ideally, some experience in shoemaking or insoles
• Manual dexterity and a meticulous work approach
• Reliability and teamwork skills
• Motivation to learn new things
• Independent and structured work style
• Good German language skills
• Hands-on mentality with a pragmatic approach
