About the Role

As an Electrician / Operations Electrician (w/m/x/d), you will be the core of our technical infrastructure, primarily based in Berlin with project-related readiness throughout Germany. You will ensure our locations, workshops, and the charging infrastructure for our e-fleet run reliably within a small, effective team (1-2 people). You can expect a single-shift system from Monday to Friday, short commutes, and an environment where initiative and practical problem-solving are valued.

Responsibilities

Maintenance, inspection, and repair of electrical systems and equipment at our locations
Retrofitting and expansion of electrical systems
Installation and commissioning of new machinery and systems
Ensuring the operational readiness of the charging infrastructure for our e-fleet
Troubleshooting and resolving faults in building technology systems
Documentation of completed work, including the creation of test reports
Supporting the caretaker in ensuring the flawless operation of the site

Requirements

Completed vocational training as an electrician, electronics technician for operations technology, or equivalent (additional qualifications or master craftsman's certificate are a plus)
Relevant professional experience in the independent installation and maintenance of industrial plants, workshops, and building installations, including planning and material procurement
Experience and authorization to perform DGUV V3 inspections (for portable and stationary equipment)
Independent, structured, and responsible work style
Minimum of driver's license class B
Fluent German language skills; English is an advantage
Willingness to travel within Germany for projects
