About the Role
Simmons Adaptive is seeking junior to mid-level structured finance lawyers to support a client with transactional banking work, including acquisition finance and corporate lending. This is a full-time, 4-month role with three days per week expected in the London office.
Responsibilities
- Covering a full diet of transactional banking work from acquisition finance to corporate lending.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with structured finance experience from a leading private practice or in-house environment.
- Junior to mid-level lawyer.
- Problem solver with a collaborative approach.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
- Ability to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines.
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to effectively prioritize workloads.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a wider team.
- Must hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
