About the Role

As a Regional Director, you will be responsible for all aspects of successful property management for a portfolio of apartment properties. This includes overseeing on-site personnel, ensuring compliance with CWS safety practices, implementing operating policies and regulatory requirements, and maintaining property condition.

• Manage leasing and operations strategies for a portfolio of multi-family apartment communities
• Lease properties at or above market rate

• Effectively manage the property’s controllable expenses as compared to their budget
• Provide timely notification of variances and action planning
• Keep communities clean, safe, and functional
• Conduct regular property inspections
• Review safety inspections and incident reports
• Ensure property presentation meets expectations
• Escalate concerns related to safety and wellbeing
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Resolve resident complaints
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Maintain four (4) stars or greater on Google for each property
• Ensure employee engagement is high
• Effectively problem solve
• Have systems in place for proactive issue addressing
• Quickly and accurately diagnose problems
• Clearly, concisely, and accurately communicate issues
• Recommend or take action on remedies
• Follow-up until all necessary remedies or actions are completed

Requirements

• Four-year bachelor’s degree preferred, graduate experience a plus
• 10+ years progressive management experience in the multifamily real estate sector
• Knowledge of the multifamily industry’s trends, best practices, rules and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel)
• Proficiency in property management systems such as Yardi or similar software
• Proficiency in revenue management systems
• Own a valid driver’s license
• Have current automobile insurance
