About the Role
As a Regional Director, you will be responsible for all aspects of successful property management for a portfolio of apartment properties. This includes overseeing on-site personnel, ensuring compliance with CWS safety practices, implementing operating policies and regulatory requirements, and maintaining property condition.

- Manage leasing and operations strategies for a portfolio of multi-family apartment communities
- Lease properties at or above market rate
- Ensure properties meet and exceed specific financial goals
- Effectively manage the property’s controllable expenses as compared to their budget
- Provide timely notification of variances and action planning
- Keep communities clean, safe, and functional
- Conduct regular property inspections
- Review safety inspections and incident reports
- Ensure property presentation meets expectations
- Escalate concerns related to safety and wellbeing
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Resolve resident complaints
- Ensure service requests are completed in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Maintain four (4) stars or greater on Google for each property
- Ensure employee engagement is high
- Effectively problem solve
- Have systems in place for proactive issue addressing
- Quickly and accurately diagnose problems
- Clearly, concisely, and accurately communicate issues
- Recommend or take action on remedies
- Follow-up until all necessary remedies or actions are completed

Requirements
- Four-year bachelor’s degree preferred, graduate experience a plus
- 10+ years progressive management experience in the multifamily real estate sector
- Knowledge of the multifamily industry’s trends, best practices, rules and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel)
- Proficiency in property management systems such as Yardi or similar software
- Proficiency in revenue management systems
- Own a valid driver’s license
- Have current automobile insurance
