About the Role

Seeking a Teacher's Assistant/1:1 Aide to support a developmental toddler group of 12 children with varying developmental delays. This role provides crucial support to the lead teacher and direct assistance to children needing 1:1 attention.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to teacher to ensure a safe and stimulating educational environment.
• Assist the teacher in preparation for daily activities and instructional efforts.
• Provide 1:1 support to designated children during classroom activities and transitions, as assigned.
• Assist children with daily living skills, including personal care and hygiene.
• Clean up the classroom at the end of the day, including tidying, disinfecting, and waste disposal.

Requirements

• Ability to provide 1:1 support to children with developmental delays.
• Willingness to assist with daily living skills and classroom cleanup.
