About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Associate, Audience Development to join our Audience & Ad Operations team. This role will focus on paid acquisition and organic growth, supporting campaigns, tracking performance, and contributing to team operations for our multimedia properties, newsletters, and new launches. You will also be responsible for the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) production cycle for the Audience team, compiling key metrics, building cross-functional relationships, and gaining visibility into audience growth across all channels.

Responsibilities

  • Own the production cycle for QBRs across franchises, including data pulling, deck building, and incorporating leadership feedback by fixed quarterly deadlines.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Paid, Lifecycle, Events, and Consumer Revenue to gather performance context for QBRs and ensure projects stay on schedule.
  • Execute paid acquisition campaigns, including launching, testing creative, monitoring spend, and optimizing performance.
  • Own the operational layer for audience growth measurement, monitoring dashboards and reports for podcast, video, newsletter, and social growth.
  • Ensure consistency of metrics and definitions as new products and channels are added.
  • Use data and insights to identify trends and suggest optimization and testing opportunities.
  • Assist in the execution and measurement of identified opportunities.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple recurring deliverables without missing deadlines.
  • Comfort with data and reporting, including navigating data resources and interpreting numbers.
  • Proactive communication style with clear, consistent status updates and timely problem-raising.
  • Curiosity about audience growth and a desire to learn quickly.
  • Experience owning a recurring reporting deliverable (e.g., weekly dashboard, monthly performance review, or quarterly report) in a professional context.
  • Strong written communication skills for assembling decks and coordinating across teams.

Experience Level

  • 2-4 years in marketing, media, audience development, or a related analytics or operations function.
  • Experience running paid acquisition campaigns for podcast or YouTube subscriber growth strongly preferred.

Salary/Compensations

  • $75,000 - $80,000 DOE
