About the Role
The Lead PMHNP serves as a clinical and operational leader for SOL’s psychiatric team. You’ll provide 10–20 hours of direct patient care each week while supervising and developing PMHNPs and PAs, driving performance, and ensuring adherence to SOL’s clinical standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient psychiatric care through in-person and telehealth visits.
- Provide individual supervision and coaching to psychiatric clinicians.
- Set and monitor expectations around quality, documentation, patient care, and productivity.
- Conduct chart and performance reviews and address performance opportunities.
- Support onboarding and development of new clinicians.
- Partner with clinical and therapy leadership on integrated care, clinical standards, and quality initiatives.
- Support clinician hiring and team development.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted NY PMHNP license; NJ license a plus.
- Active, unrestricted NY DEA registration.
- 3–5+ years of post-licensure clinical experience.
- Prior clinical supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Comfortable using data to drive performance and identify opportunities.
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
