Animal Dermatology Clinic - White Plains is seeking a Receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be energetic, positive, and committed to the needs of the clinic, while maintaining a professional and caring demeanor with clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent client service.
- Answer phone calls.
- Take accurate messages and book appointments.
- Maintain charts and computer records.
- Handle pharmacy and retail sales.
- Implement marketing strategies.
- Perform maintenance and housekeeping duties.
- Manage financial responsibilities.
Requirements
- Must have experience working in the public (e.g., restaurant, retail, or service business).
- Experience in a veterinary hospital or doctor's office is required.
- Dependable attendance is required.
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
- Ability to walk, bend, squat, stand, or reach constantly during a minimum 8-hour day.
