About the Role
The Assistant Manager, Acquisition Marketing supports the development and delivery of marketing campaigns and always-on programs for PC Money Account acquisition and cross-selling of PC Financial products. This role focuses on supporting product growth through marketing initiatives across paid, owned, and earned channels in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of PC Money Account marketing campaigns, adapting to business and competitive landscape changes.
- Support the product cross-sell strategy and manage the execution, delivery, and reporting of cross-sell campaigns.
- Manage end-to-end briefing and development of marketing projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Lead project management and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including collateral, website content, digital ads, emails, OOH, social, PR, and splash pages.
- Ensure acquisition programs meet milestones from requirements gathering through launch and optimization.
- Monitor and report on paid and owned channel performance, implementing optimizations to drive growth.
- Ensure proper testing and QA for all campaigns prior to execution.
- Identify opportunities for future programs and provide recommendations.
- Work with the Legal team to ensure compliance of all customer-facing campaigns.
- Work with the Finance team to manage budget, tracking, and invoicing for projects.
- Research and track credit card and customer trends in the financial industry and competitors, communicating findings to the marketing team.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, or Commerce.
- Experience in Digital Marketing or Financial Services is a bonus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to assist in the development and execution of large integrated marketing campaigns.
- Capacity to manage, prioritize, and deliver/execute multiple tasks and projects effectively and on-time.
- Ability to identify, diagnose, and quickly mediate issues that arise in projects, teams, and activities.
- Strong self-starter with curiosity and a passion to succeed.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, either with or in an agency culture.
- Must successfully complete a criminal background check and credit check.
