About the Role

This role will play a key part in attracting top talent for Strategic Projects within the business. It involves developing sourcing strategies, building candidate pipelines, and providing exceptional recruitment support to senior leadership and the hiring community. The position requires managing applicant expectations and supporting them through security and compliance-focused onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

  • Implement effective resourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines and support business hiring needs.
  • Coordinate with partner organizations as part of a wider alliance/joint ventures delivering large scale projects.
  • Manage the recruitment process from end-to-end, including advertising, shortlisting applicants, managing candidate communication and supporting hiring managers at interview stages.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring data accuracy and producing meaningful recruitment insights.
  • Support recruitment-related project work, ensuring compliance with legislation, best practice and NG Bailey processes.
  • Manage relationships with third-party suppliers and ensure value for money.
  • Ensure a fair, unbiased and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Support resource planning and volume recruitment campaigns across the business.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting end-to-end recruitment activities, ideally within an in-house or RPO environment.
  • Ability to source and engage passive candidates using various search techniques and platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to advise, influence and challenge where needed.
  • Previous work within secure or regulated recruitment environments is advantageous.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong MS Office skills, in particular Excel with the ability to create reports and analyse data for senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
