About the Role
Lead and develop a high-performing team, oversee the successful delivery of campaigns, manage planning challenges, and help protect revenue. Through strong stakeholder relationships and continuous improvement, you'll support Bauer's reputation as a trusted advertising partner.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and support a team of Campaign Sales Coordinators.
- Oversee the planning, booking and delivery of airtime campaigns.
- Resolve complex planning queries and escalations.
- Monitor campaign accuracy, reporting and revenue tracking.
- Manage team workload and ensure client deadlines are met.
- Work closely with Sales, Finance and Operations to deliver campaigns successfully.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of working.
Requirements
- Experience in campaign planning, media operations, advertising or commercial support.
- Previous people management or coaching experience.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial awareness and attention to detail.
- Confidence using data, technology and AI-enabled tools to improve performance.
